Charity Hero Alan Sheppard before returning to Bristol following a 450 km charity bike ride across the Great Wall of China.

Alan and his team raised over £30,000 for the British Heart Foundation in aid of Alan’s son, Michael Sheppard, who suffered from a serious heart condition and sadly passed away while waiting to undergo a heart transplant.

Since then Alan and his team have worked continuously to keep raising money for BHF, a total which has now risen to over £50,000! Alan is a true charity hero.
